Our network includes former MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and Big 4 professionals with 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, operational transformation, and organisational restructuring.

These are not generalist contractors. Every consultant in our strategy network has led or co-led engagements at a senior level — typically at Partner, Principal, or Associate Partner equivalent. They bring direct sector expertise across financial services, energy, technology, healthcare, consumer, and public sector.

Typical engagements include market entry assessments, corporate strategy development, post-merger integration, digital transformation roadmaps, operating model design, and strategic due diligence. Engagements range from 2-week diagnostic sprints to 12+ month transformation mandates.

Selectra manages the full process: brief definition, targeted sourcing from our pre-vetted network, candidate screening and calibration, interview coordination, and ongoing engagement management. We present a shortlist of 3–5 qualified profiles within 3–5 business days.
