Origin
From the other side of the table
We came out of leading European consulting practices and spent years advising corporates and government entities across the Gulf. We have been on both sides of the table — scoping the mandate, and delivering against it.
Selectra Strategy was founded in Dubai to close a gap we kept meeting: demand for senior expertise had moved on, and the traditional model had not.

How We Work
Four things we hold to
Curated, not volume
Every profile is pre-vetted for relevance, not volume. You get three to five names that fit the brief, not a database export.
Senior only
The network is built around senior practitioners with MBB, Big 4, or equivalent backgrounds. They have led engagements, not supported them.
Speed with rigour
A brief becomes a shortlist of three to five qualified profiles within three to five business days, and urgent placements move in 48 hours. Background verification, competency assessment, and reference checks happen before you see a name.
Involved through delivery
We stay involved after the match, with regular check-ins and proactive monitoring through the mandate. The relationship does not end at the shortlist.
