Who We Look For
Senior practitioners, not generalist contractors
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, operations, or specialist advisory roles.
- A background at MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), the Big 4, or an equivalent firm.
- Engagement leadership at Partner, Principal, or Associate Partner equivalent — you have led or co-led senior work, not supported it.
- Sector depth in financial services, energy and infrastructure, technology, consumer and retail, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, or the public sector.
- Direct project experience in the GCC — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, or Oman — and the mobility to work regionally.
- Bilingual Arabic-English capability is valued, as are active security clearances where a mandate requires them.
